This is concert week: rehearsals Monday; performance Tuesday; fruit fundraiser arrives on Wednesday; midterm exams; preparation for next semester; and All District Auditions…let’s have a strong finish to the semester with everyone involved and engaged! Please read all the information below!

Rescheduled from last week. We will use the same itinerary plan, available here. Remember to bring $5 for your audition and money for lunch.

Fruit Orders arrive this week. Please read the information below.
Band students…if you are available on 12.13 from 12:00-3:30 (early release, completed exam, etc.) and obtain permission from your teacher, your assistance is greatly needed and appreciated so that we can get the truck unloaded and orders filled in a timely manner. If there are any band booster parents available, we would appreciate you checking in at the main office and helping during this time as well.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED-UP ON WEDNESDAY.
Pick-up is at the WF band room from 3:30-6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13. All orders must be picked-up from the band room by 6:00 PM. The band is not responsible for refrigerated storage to maintain the fruit’s quality.
The fruit must be refrigerated. Orders must be picked up and delivered to those who ordered or stored properly until they can be delivered. There is no storage available in the band room/school.
PLEASE ensure our reputation for a good fruit sale continues by delivery the chilled, fresh fruit immediately to those who ordered. The band is not responsible for your delivery system. PLEASE deliver (or store properly until delivery can occur) and do not wait. We want customers to be satisfied and purchase again next year!
All District auditions have been rescheduled for Saturday, December 16. We will use the same itinerary that was planned for last week. Don’t forget your $5 to audition and money for lunch.
