Band Banquet This Week: May 15-19
This week we will celebrate the Class of 2017 and our successes during the past year at Friday’s Band Banquet. We will also prepare for the spring concert with the first of two after-school rehearsals. Please note, a previously scheduled graduation orchestra rehearsal for Monday morning is postponed; rescheduling information is below. Read on for more details and important information!
Band Schedule– May 15-19
Monday, May 15
NO Graduation Orchestra rehearsal
We have postponed the Monday morning rehearsal in exchange for an afternoon rehearsal from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26.
Drum Major Auditions – 4:45-5:45 p.m.
Tuesday, May 16
Jazz Band rehearsal – 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 18
A2 and A3 Final Exam – Written Portion
FULL CONCERT BAND REHEARSAL – 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Friday, May 19
B3 Final Exam – Written Portion
Band Banquet – 6:00 p.m. – WFHS Cafeteria

Announcements, Updates, and Information
The Band Banquet is scheduled for Friday, May 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the WFHS cafeteria. Sign-ups have been posted in the band room. This year, every attending guest will receive a ticket to ensure we do not over-order food. The event is catered by Wildwood Smokehouse BBQ. Payments for the banquet will be due by Tuesday, May 16. Here is a breakdown of payment information. Please contact Mr. Stanley if you have questions or concerns. We hope you will choose to attend this wonderful celebration of the band’s yearly accomplishments and our graduating seniors.
Seniors – FREE
Up to 2 Senior Guests – FREE (Additional Senior guests – $10)
Students who fundraised fruit or pizza kits – FREE
General Admission band students – $10
General Admission band guests – $10
Graduation Orchestra rehearsals are scheduled for:

Tuesday, May 30 – 1:00-2:00 p.m.
