Weekly Update: August 29 - September 2, 2016

We had a great first week of band classes, including playing on the second day! Additionally, the Marching Colonels had some improvement in our performance at Friday’s game. Let’s commit to improving our trouble spots as we continue to polish and add during this week’s marching band rehearsals.

Thank you for returning the contracts and forms distributed in class last week. Electronic versions of the handbook and class syllabi are available on the website. Please refer to the handbook, calendar, and syllabus frequently throughout the year. Many frequently asked questions are answered in these documents.

The weekly schedule is below. This includes our first school-year Band Booster meeting Monday at 6:30 PM in the band room. Please make an effort to be involved in your child’s musical education. Your involvement with our parent organization validates the many hours they spend in rehearsal and performance and shows them you truly appreciate their involvement in the band!
