DCI Show on Monday, August 1!


This is information for those who signed up to attend the Salem DCI show on Monday, August 1. Band camp ends that day at 4 PM. There is a 1.5 hour break at that time. All students and family members who are traveling with the band and who requested tickets at the group rate should meet in the band room at 5:30 PM. After roll call and a brief meeting, we will load the bus and leave for Salem. For a full itinerary, click here.

After we’ve found our seats in the stadium, everyone is welcome to purchase dinner from the concessions stand. The show begins at 7 PM. At the conclusion of the show, we will leave the stadium as a group and travel back to William Fleming. It will be a late night (especially with an 8 AM start time for band), but we will surely leave energized and inspired!

If you have not yet turned in your medical form (or need to check), please do so ASAP. If you need an extra copy, click here. We have reserved and paid for all tickets requested through the green form. If you have not yet paid the band for these tickets, please do so by August 1 or speak with Mr. Stanley prior. If you are unsure about your payment status, please contact Mr. Stanley. All tickets (students and parents) are at the group rate of $20.00. Payment is accepted in cash or in checks made to William Fleming High School.
