Our show music for "The Abyss: Tales of the Sea" is in progress. Please watch your messages for future information on how to get parts and practice recordings in advance of band camp. With individuals prepared in advance, we will surely be more successful when we all come together!

Band Camp Information

Monday July 18 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Leadership Workshop
All leadership members report; lunch will be served at the end.

Tuesday, July 19 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Percussion Pre-Camp
ALL percussionists report.

Wednesday, July 20 – Friday, July 22 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Percussion Pre-Camp and New Marcher/Marching Basics Camp
Any member who has never marched with WFHS and all leadership should report.
Veteran members who want a marching basics refresher are welcome! This will help us move more quickly in full band camp and learn the music/drill faster!

Those attending DCI should bring money for dinner in the stadium.
DCI trip is 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Thursday, August 4 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Friday, August 5 – 4:30 PM

A preview show/concert of the Marching Colonels 2016 will be held at 4:30 for family and friends. This will be followed by a band pot-luck dinner. More details TBA.

Important Information for all of Band Camp

Meals are not served in July. August meal schedule TBA.
For all events July 19-August 5 you should bring:
Tennis shoes
Hat/sunglasses
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Instrument
School instruments will be assigned on the first day. If you wish to check your instrument out early to begin practicing, come by during band office hours!
